                                                        Production Process

To manufacture Rolled Products like TMT, Mild Steel Angle, Channel, Flat, Round and Square Bar, we purchase Mild Steel Ingot / Billet from open market as well as from actual manufacturers. Once the material reaches our plant, we test the quality and quantity. After getting satisfied, the material is unloaded in our stock yard. After unloading, Billets are cut into required sizes. After cutting, Billets are charged into Pre-heating Furnace to a certain temperature which should be feasible to roll TMT and other above mentioned rolled products.
 
Once the material is pre-heated at the required temperature, Ingot/Billet is taken out from the Furnace and rolled in the Rolling Mill which has many rolls of different sizes and different products. After rolling, the Ingot/Billets are passed through Cooling Bed for cooling of the material. After cooling, it is inspected by our expert inspection team for its authenticity and quality and then sent to stock yard for dispatch which is the final step to ensure the validity and dispatchable condition.
